Bollinger RD 2007 Release
The latest vintage to come from the RD collection, the Bollinger R.D 2007 Release. This is a vintage from La Grande Annee which has been held back for extra ageing in the Bollinger cellars. All vintages are rare and relatively small quantity-wise. The 2007 blend consists of 64% Pinot Noir & 36% Chardonnay. Flavours of cooked fruit and brioche are supported by a fresh and lively acidity. All leading to a long and delightful finish.

On the nose there are elegant notes of sweet spice and candied fruit. with some time, aromas of organge and plum become present. On the Palate the wine is complex and perfectly balanced. Flavours of cooked fruit and brioche are supported by a fresh and lively acidty. All leading to a long and delightful finish.
