Triple Distilled at The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney, Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim. This single batch whiskey has stayed true to Irish whiskey making traditions. Distilled with Malted Irish Barley, Un-malted Irish Barley & Irish Barra Oats. Un-malted barley imparts a silky mouthfeel when combined with Barra Oats creates an intriguing creaminess & spiciness to the finish that truly sets this Irish whiskey apart. Aged in Sherry Oloroso & Kentucky Bourbon casks. This single Batch ‘Single Pot Still’ Irish Whiskey is exceptionally smooth, creamy, spicy & a true delight for the senses.
