Andeluna Pasionado is a strong contender among some of the best wine in the world. Only made during exceptional vintages. Very low-yields of the best quality, carefully picked grapes. Aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months. Aged in bottle for 12 months before release. The grapes used come from vineyards in Tupungato, located at 4300 feet. These plots contain alluvial, sandy and permeable soils.

Making Techniques
Hand-selection of berries. Pre-fermentation maceration with dry ice. Racking and post-fermentation maceration for 10 days. This wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months. At least 12 months in bottle before release.
