Distilled from 100% blue weber agave grown in the Los Altos (Highland) and Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico. The agaves are harvested around 8 years after planting and slow-cooked in stone and brick ovens for around 3 days. This añejo is double distilled before being aged for 12 months in ex-bourbon barrels.
