Armand de Brignac Brut Gold has a fresh and lively bouquet, with light floral notes and a racy fruit character with subtle brioche accents on the palate. The grapes used are selected exclusively from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. This bottle comes in a stylish velvet gift bag as can be seen in the image.

One of our favourite rose Champagnes. This is consistently good from vintage to vintage. Smooth and succulent, this rosé is drinking very well now but will also reward ageing for another couple of years. Rich and opulent with a strong fruit character along with flavours of orange peel, licorice. A perfect fit for salmon and sushi. Also pairs very well with fruit tart.

Created from pot still and grain whiskey. This whiskey has been aged in American oak, sherry casks, and double charred ex-bourbon barrels for a smooth, delicious taste. Expect a deep intensity and dialled up spicy notes, complemented by vanilla sweetness.

A 100% heavy pot still whiskey with a high sherry ageing percentage. One of our all-time favourite Irish Whiskeys. Redbreast was a brand name for Jameson's pure Irish pot still, bottled in bond by Gilbeys. First made in 1939 with Jameson filling Gilbey's own casks. Two sherry casks were used for each bourbon cask. The brand died off with the closure of Jamesons distillery but was recently relaunched and is a huge favourite with both whiskey drinkers and connoisseurs.
Remember you can personalise any Midleton whiskey with an engraved message (20 characters or less) for only €15! The perfect way to elevate any gift and make it extra special!

No need for a card with this one, it does all the work for you! The Whistler PX I Love You is part of the Single Cask series, was selected by Ally Alpine for the Celtic Whiskey Shop to best exemplify the deliciously decadent made by the Spanish Sherry Pedro Ximenez Casks. This single malt is aged for 9 years and is limited to just 480 bottles.

Can’t decide between whiskey and wine? This single malt is finished in a Banyuls Grand Cru red wine casks so the perfect option! Banyuls is a red French sweet dessert wine made using 75% Grenache Gris red grapes from Côte Vermeille in the Pyrénées-Orientales region of France. Banylus grand Cru has to be cask aged in the white oak barrels for at least 30 months before bottling. The French white cask is 225 litres but only 60 bottles will be available to the Irish market exclusively throught the Celtic Whiskey Company.

This mouth-watering single malt is an exclusive, limited edition bottling that has been hand-selected by the team here at Celtic Whiskey Shop. It has aged in rum barrels for 25 years before being decanted from cask number 100135. It's a robust cask strength of 50.2% and boasts a sweet, fruity taste with a rich, toffee aroma and a lingering, woody finish.
