An elegant sparkling wine from Calmel & Joseph! Made with 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin, and 10% Pinot Noir. The palate is vinous, fruity and fresh with notes of white flower and lemon on the palate with notes of white peach, flowers and citrus fruits such as pink grapefruit on the nose. It's beautifully effervescent and can be easily enjoyed as an aperitif.
