Situated in the Saint-Estephe appellation, in the Medoc on Bordeaux's left bank, lies Chateau Lafitte-Carcasset. Its history dates back to 1781, when Laffitte, owner of the "Carcasset" vineyard and a lawyer at the Bordeaux court under Louis XVI, gave his name to the château. This 2020 vintage remains true to the Saint-Estèphe style. Powerful, elegant, and complex with fruity and floral aromas with notes of red fruit or violet. The fine tannic structure gives Château Lafitte-Carcasset wines superb ageing potential.
