Chateau de Breuil Sherry Whiskey
Made using Golden Promise barley that has been sourced from a single farm in Yorkshire. The spirit has been aged in small French oak barrels, before a finish in Oloroso Sherry casks. The result is a whisky with sweet Sherry flavours, serving up notes of Christmas cake, baking spices, plums, dates, cherries, mixed toasted nuts, apple pie, light oak and vanilla.
