La Bota 100 Manzanilla Pasada 50cl

The result of the combination of three outstanding casks sourced from the same cellar as La Guaite Manzanilla. These have been put together with the intention of having a little more availability of this historic 100th edition of the La Bota range. A wine with unmatched biological character, yet the weak layer of flor in each cask has given the wine a beautiful oxidised characater. The result is close to being a Manzanilla Amontillada, but not quite! The average age of the wines is an incredible 14 years which means there is a great complexity here for a Manzanilla. Hugely versatile with food, it will pair with rich fish dishes, rice and charcuterie.
