La Bota 101 de Manzanilla Florpower mmxvi

A single vintage (2016) and single vineyard (Pago Miraflores La Baja) expression of Manzanilla that has been made soley from the Palomino grape. This was cask fermented in traditional methods before being fortified and aged in the same butts for almost three years. This is released as one of Equipo Navazos' 'Florpower' editions because the low fortification to 15% makes it quite like a standard wine rather than a full-blown sherry. However it is very much a Manzanilla in style!
