La Nerthe Les Cassagnes Rouge
Les Cassagnes vineyards are located in the Domaine de la Renjarde, in Serignan-du-Comtat, Rhône Valley, and are managed by the same family as the renowned Château La Nerthe, with similar high standards and quality. This blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre is aged on lees for 9 months in steel tanks. This provides the wine with incredible freshness, mellowness, and texture, with notes of red fruits and sweet spices. The grapes are organic, mostly hand-picked and carefully selected. This versatile wine will pair well with braised meats, nice stews with herbs de Provence, stuffed tomatoes, terrines, and hard cheeses.
