Nose
Refined and focussed with aromas of cherries, blackberries, raspberries and touches of vanilla.
Palate
Dry and full bodied with ripe, firm tannins and well balanced acidity. Flavours of black cherries, blackberries and damsons with a good mineral/ chalky quality. Good length, will pair very well with food.

Making Techniques
Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for about 2-3 weeks. Maturation for about 6 months in French barriques and then in stainless steel vats. Minimum 6 months in bottle before release.
