Flavour Powerful on the nose with complex notes of cocoa and dark sweet spices, afterwhich the fruit character develops with smoky undertones. The palate is daring and rich. Flavours intertwine with silky mouthfeel and vibrant acidity giving way to a smooth finish with a very pleasing brine and saline character.
