| Aromas (without water) | Rich aromatic nose of oak wood spice with hints of nuttiness. Dried berries with touches of tropical fruits, vanilla, cinnamon and fruit cake |
| Palate (without water) | A dry but rounded mouthfeel with peppered wood spice. Dried apricot sweetness develops into a fusion of marzipan, demerara and praline. Smooth balance of vanilla, crème caramel, hints of orange citrus and dark fruits with a lingering oak spice finish. |
