Domaine Avéla owns one of the smallest vineyards in the Languedoc region with just four hectares and is run according to certain artisan specifications, with precision and rigour. Though one of the smallest vineyards in the region, it produces one of the best and rarest wines in Languedoc, selected by Michelin-starred restaurants in France and abroad. The vineyard was planted in 1911 and has Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault. It produces high-quality, organic wines with incredible ageing potential.

Nose | The nose is complex and intense. Red and black fruits with smoke and earthy undertones come to the fore in the glass. |
Palate | The palate is bold and expressive with red and black fruit flavours mixing elegantly with hints of smoke and tobacco. The tannins are grippy and give the wine a juicy character. The finish is long and intense. |
