Lusca Black Raven 2018
The Black Raven is the symbol of the Fingal Region, where the Llewellyn vineyard is located in Lusk. This deep-coloured wine is made from the unique Dunkelfelder grape. The pulp was cold-soaked for 4 days before 14 days fermentation on the skins. Maturation was completed for 6 months in new oak before bottling.

| Nose | On the nose there are aromas of redcurrants, red cherries, raspberries and cranberries. It is lively and vibrant with an enticing freshness. |
| Palate | Dry on the palate with lively/fresh acidity and firm tannins adding balance. Medium in body with more red fruit flavours such as red cherries, raspberries and fruit compote. The finish becomes warmer with some subtle hints of pepper and spice. |
