It has matured in 70% Sherry and 30% Bourbon casks which result in notes of caramel, treacle and sticky toffee pudding on the nose with creamy notes of dark chocolate, marzipan and prunes on the palate complemented with a long finish with hints of sandalwood and liquorice. Complex and delicate, it's bottled at a robust 46%. Only 3600 bottles available.
