Produced from a vatting of just two casks, the first cask was fresh bourbon barrel #141, distilled on 13th June 2007, and the second was fresh Oloroso sherry butt #80, filled on 28th February 2008. This was bottled 20th May 2019 and has been aged for 11 Years.
