This whiskey was distilled and matured for a minimum of 10 years. The carefully selected rye cask component offers an additional characteristic - the spiciness of a rye whiskey. It complements the vanilla, caramel, and honey notes you expect from an ex-bourbon cask grain whiskey. This is a limited release of only 850 bottles.

| Nose | Juicy bartlett pears flesh, Cedar chips, ripe cherry pith & pecans intermingle with dustings of sweet cassia bark. |
| Palate | Candied walnut & pecan nuttiness, fresh mint, rye & cracked green peppercorn spice off the bat. Floral notes of crushed black cardamom pods dancing across a medium oily texture with light hints of clove, lemon husks, vanilla & walnut. |
| Finish | Green peppercorn warmth extended by an oily mouthfeel, giving way to fresh mint, molasses, sorghum & cedar shavings. |
