This cocktail uses Teeling Single Grain. This type of malt is perfect for cocktails as it is light and fruity in style, making it a perfect base spirit for blending.

Ingredients:

 
Method: Built. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir until appropriately chilled and diluted, then strain into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with a skewered walnut & apple wedge.
