Named after the careful selection process Midleton Cooper Ger Buckley uses to pick the barrels used to age this whiskey.
 

A subtle but absolutely beautiful play on the classic sour. Instead of regular sugar syrup, we have went with Pistachio syrup. Pistachio has some pine notes inherent in its makeup, therefore we added Green Chartreuse and curry leaves to give it that final edge. Delicious! Recommended for anyone wanting a Whiskey Sour/Fresh style drink. 

Ingredients:
  • 2 Fresh curry leaves
  • 2 Dashes Dr Adams Orinoco Bitters
  • 0.75 oz/ 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz/ 25ml Pistaccio Syrup
  • 0.25 oz/ 10ml Green Chartreuse
  • 2 oz/ 60ml Jameson Black Barrel/Select Reserve 

Method: Shaken & Strain
