Sparkling Wine
Sparkling wine can be made using a variety of methods including 'Champagne', 'Tank' (or Charmat), or by CO2 (like a sodastream!). The best examples follow the traditional Champagne method although some great prosecco is made using the Charmat Process. Cava is one of the best known sparkling wines and it can often be as good as Champagne.
