As this cocktail is made using Tullamore Dew Phoenix, its name is in reference to 'Flight of the Phoenix'   Negroni Variation. Ever since Lillet Rosé came on the market the trio of the bright and bitter campari and sweet grapefruit liqueur have been great friends. Tullamore Dew Phoenix works particularly well as a base because of its higher alcohol to stand up to all those floral notes.   Ingredients: 2 Dash Peychaud's Bitters 0.75oz/25ml Camapari  0.5oz/15ml Combier Pamplemousse Rosé 1o...

The name of this cocktail hails from the Five Points area of New York City which was traditionally occupied by a large portion of Irish immigrants. Scarlet Lady was another name for a prostitute.   A riff on the champagne cocktail. Framboise pairs well with the sherry trifle like Bushmills Black Bush. Add to this sugar and the aromatic tiki bitters. Finished with champagne. A great recommendation for someone who is looking for bubbles.  Ingredients: 1Dash Tiki Bitters 0.5oz/20ml Montenegro...

Named as a direct reference to Lewis Morris Pease, a clergyman who established New York's infamous Five Points District. This provided work and for the area's predominantly Irish community in the mid 1800's.   This is a stirred, agave based cocktail originally inspired by the La Rosita cocktail, which is a perfect tequila manhattan with Campari. Originally, the cacao was just subbed in for Campari and it worked really well. The addition of amaro and Irish whiskey is what gives this cocktail com...

A real tasty riff on an Old-Fashioned come Negroni.   The pairing of cocolate and banana offsets the bitterness of Campari. Absinthe adds a nice backnote and the backbone is the sherried and fruity Redbreast 12 Year Old. Named after the song written and first played by the band the artistics in 1974, and as new wave band Talking Heads in 1975, with a later version recorded for their 1977 Album Talking Heads: 77.  Ingredients:  2 oz/60ml Redbreast 12 Year Old Single malt 0.75oz/25ml Coconib...
